project schedule for increased tracking ability. Also initiated modifications to reports and program deliverable

• Project Manager on Southland Corp (7/11) to initiate asset management system to better utilize systems
for customer rollout of fully integrated Point of Sale systems in over 6000 locations nationwide linked to
Accounting centers regionally

sites, 45,000 nodes total). I managed several local locations and then was assigned as Project Manager for
an Asia Pacific site. Upon successful completion I was assigned to a “problem child” location locally (4,500
nodes in one group of buildings) and finished ahead of schedule. I then lead a team to provide petitioning to
