As a recent college graduate, I am looking to expand my experience and knowledge outside of the
classroom and enter the professional world. An artist by training and passion, I seek to develop a career
path that incorporates my unique set of talents, combining a strong work ethic, creative mind, and

Receptionist, The Columbus Museum, Columbus, GA August 2013-Present
Responsibilities include welcoming guests, directing telephone calls, keeping visitation records, recording
employee arrivals and departures, answering questions regarding permanent collection, local history, venue
rental, and artifact review.

Responsibilities include running a cash register, replenishing product on the sales floor, assisting customers

As the ceramics department intern, responsibilities revolved around the maintenance and operation of the
ceramics artist studios of the Columbus State University Art Department. These responsibilities included
cleaning, operation of gas and electric kilns, reclaiming clay, processing shipment, and development and
creation of glazes and slips.
