Web Application development for Department of Labor (DOL), creating/testing new application
modules per approved FRD & FSD documentation as well as maintaining existing foreign labor visa
registration system. Responsibilities included upgrading ColdFusion 8.0 to ColdFusion 9.0, updating
Oracle 9i to 11g, and administering Redmine application. As a team lead, responsible for the
guidance, instruction, and direction of 6 developers while reporting directly to the Developer Manager
and Project Manager.

Designed and created several web applications using PHP, ASP and .NET technologies for the United
States Marine Corps. Applications included ground convoy tracking and air support tracking &
scheduling. Developed tools used by enlisted personnel as well as reporting/monitoring tools used by
officer personnel.

Software Engineer/Web Developer
Created web application using Java technologies for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the
Central MASINT Office (CMO). Project was to analyze and document the business logic of an
existing application written in Oracle PL/SQL. For this effort I developed Java Beans, Servlets and
Java Server Pages (JSP) to tailor the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design paradigm using Jakarta
Struts. Utilized Oracle 9i as the backend data source, and implemented the Object Oriented Analysis
and Design (OOA/D) approach along with implementing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in
designing and analyzing the requirements of the software application. Responsible for 508 testing and
compliance.

Buy Site Administrator
Redesigned and implemented ECB (Enterworks Catalog Builder) Buy Site for online
software purchases. Used EBIS-Px (Enterworks Business Integration Solution
Process Exchange) to maintain routing control of orders. Created HTML, JSP, and ColdFusion
templates used within the ordering process that resulted in overall reduction in time to live site from 2-
3 days to 1 hour.
Additional responsibilities included administering Oracle 9i to maintain customer and order
information records, Web Server (IIS 5.0), and Application Server (ColdFusion 5.0). Maintained
sponsor data (e.g. Company name, logo image, price points) in order to dynamically create and
display order forms based on these predetermined parameters and user session information. Though
not required, site was tested and maintained 508 standards compliance.
Technical Consultant
Provided technical services to multiple customers utilizing EBIS-Px for process
flow management. Led web development projects using Allaire JRun application
server, JSP (Java Server Pages), Java Servlets, HTML, Photoshop, Macromedia
Dreamweaver MX, ASP (Active Server Pages) and XML. Completed POC (Proof of
concept) implementation, and ascertained requirements from both meetings and site surveys to
determine the best implementation direction that would meet the customer’s needs.
