After many years of working directly with people in a diverse professional setting, I am seeking

to leverage my experience in customer services within in the field of customer services. For this

reason, I was excited to learn of this position as a customer services representative, and would

very much like to be considered as a strong candidate.

Ideally, the position will allow me the opportunity to utilize my experience gained with 3 years’

experience in customer service. In this capacity, I have 2 years’ experience working as a

customer service representative at CDM Corp call center in which placing bets for fantasy sports

players. Additional experience includes working some previous experience in the retail clothing

store Superdome. In this position, I have succeeded with providing outstanding customer with

retail shoppers. I also utilize clerical skills with faxing, being familiar with internet access and

also utilizing Microsoft office programs.

Much of my experience has come from servicing in a call center for customer service support. I

am a father of three and have been out of work for a year or more to take care of my children.

However, giving the opportunity, I am confident my experience and personal disposition will be

an asset to your company.
