Developed and delivered Wachovia Bank’s Strategic Plan for off-shoring the Bank’s software development and application maintenance & support functions. Oversaw strategy execution and managed the delivery of 11 separate IT programs and initiatives with staff in excess of 160 professionals. Accomplishments included:
Developed Wachovia’s Off-shoring Program Plan and associated Project Plans.
Oversaw Wachovia’s management of their Master Services Agreements with 8 separate contracts to multiple offshore vendors.
Managed the Business Process off-shoring program. Successfully migrated to the offshore vendors 5 complex banking business processes (Collections, Receivables, Credit, Underwriting, and Loan Origination).

Provided IT consultative services to healthcare providers and insurers including CIGNA, Health Plan Services, Blue Cross Blue Shield and WellCare.
Provided state-wide assessments and studies to the State of Florida, office of the State Chief Information Officer. Made several recommendations which proved instrumental to the State’s “Agency IT Alignment Initiative” saving the State nearly $17 Million in annual costs.
Provided Consultative services to the Hillsborough County, District 13 Court System. The study was a year-long effort for a Court Docket Case Management Solution. The implemented recommendations of the study streamlined the Court docking system enabling judges to process higher volumes of court cases.
