Engineer project two months ahead of schedule with no lost time due to injuries.
- Started an internal process for tracking field-level production statistics to establish historical cost models for

On-site management for the expansion of an explosives manufacturer’s storage warehouse. Construction
elements included earthwork, utilities, chemical-resistant concrete, epoxy-coated structural steel, special finishes,
and conveying systems. Regular field duties expanded during the concrete portion to include developing and
processing of RFI’s, submittals, changed orders, preparation of pay applications, and client negotiations.
Key Accomplishments:
- Successfully managed a residential concrete contractor through the rigors of specialized concrete work in an
industrial setting.
- Turned over this time-critical infrastructure project on-time for the plant to meet their production agreements
during a Wyoming winter.
ENGINEERED STRUCTURES, INC. Boise, ID 2008 – 2010

Supervised the team responsible for securing repeat, large box construction project for clients including Wal-Mart,
Kroger and Shopko. Projects involved site development, new-store construction, structural retrofit, and open-
store remodels. The team handled preconstruction support, estimating and competitive bidding and the overall
management during construction. Contract values ranged from $100K to $14M; completed over $36M in
contracts.

- Secured business on 30% of bids in a historically competitive market.

Project Manager
Village Plaza Phase II and the East Lodge at Osprey Meadows -- Tamarack Resort. Contract Value of combined
projects $130 million.
Managed project team for two separate projects, constructed simultaneously. Covered client relations,
subcontractors, and material vendors for 450,000 SF of multi-use structures designed by two separate design
firms, comprised of seven separate buildings, underground parking, high-density residential, retail, and public
open-space. Additional duties included schedule management, strategic planning, risk mitigation, schedule
coordination, value engineering, and overall contract management.
Key Accomplishments:
- Managed 1400 drawing revisions and over 1000 RFI’s while maintaining and exceeding the project schedule.
- Successfully managed the project through problems with owner cash-flow and financing that resulted from
the Sub-Prime Market collapse. Final result was the protection of a $60M asset.
