Worked with DentaQuest to support day to day operations and break fix.

Travel weekly and worked remotely for DentaQuest in Boston, MA. DentaQuest

is an Enterprise level organization to requires 24/7 - 365 support. SAN,

Fabric, and Host - Installation, Configurations, and Administration Support

with Break Fix projects provided daily. Daily communication, status

reports, and analysis preformed to support this environment. Documenting

activities to help the customer understand current infrastructure, changes

(Change Management), upgrades, and break fix. All my Projects were

completed on time with limited supervision.

Additional Services Provided:

Cable Management, Rack and Stack of various pieces of equipment, HBA

installation or change out, maintaining status reports and documentation,

travel daily to multiple locations throughout the U.S. on a rotating

schedule of on-call duty support assignments as well as Remote work. All my

assignments I've accepted as a challenge and an opportunity to grow within

my career.

Selected Achievement:

Management all travel and project time requirements to me customer and

project time tables. Worked efficiently to get the project extended 3 times

at DentaQuest.
