From January 2013 to April 2014

With Transfuels I provided laptop and Iphone support.

Installed and maintained Zultys phone switch.

Thomas Petroleum

From February 2012 to December 2012 I was under the employment of Thomas

Petroleum as a Service Desk Technician. I worked on desktop and software

issues for the company employees. I provided after hour support for

warehouses and convenience stores and office operations.

Set up new email account in Exchange

Configure printer for remote location use.

OVERSTOCK.COM

From September 2006 to January 2012 I was under the employment of

Overstock.com. I was a desktop support tech. I worked desktop issues and

software issues that came up for all the employees. I worked at warehouse

location for 4 years and 1 year at the Corp office.

Converted the warehouse, Corp Office, and Call Center from Win XP to

Win 7 approximately 900 computers.

Worked with Active Directory to create new user account and set up access

for new employees.

Set up new user email account in Exchange.

Upgraded warehouse, Corp Office, and Call Center from Office 2007 to

Office 2010

Configured RF units for use in warehouse.

Worked with file share to give employees access the needed.

Set up employee accounts in High Jump software for inventory use at

warehouse.

needed computers, printer, phones and cell phones.

Maintained user account in AD

Maintained Warehouse, Corp Office, and Call Center software including High

GREASE MONKEY

From May 2006 to September 2006 I was employed with Grease Monkey. I was a

lube tech and did safety and emission testing.

From April 2005 to May 2006 I was employed with Boon Edam Tomsed Inc. We

manufacture revolving doors.

JIFFY LUBE

From April 2002 to April 2005 I was employed with Lube Management Corp.

(Jiffy Lube). I reached the position of shop supervisor.

WASATCH COMMUNICATION

From May 2001 to April 2002, I work for Wasatch communication for one year.

I learned more about phone systems, the installation and programming.

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP

I was an employee of Federal Communications Group from February 27 1998 to

April 06, 2001. Where I learned the topography of category 5, 5e, 6 network

cabling. I was a lead technician with F.C. G. I was responsible for small

project, 15 to 50 locations.

US NAVY

I served in the U. S. Navy from February 1994 to April 1997 on board the

USS Kitty Hawk CV63. In the Navy I was assigned to the forward IC shop here

I was responsible to maintain all metering and indicating equipment, such

as ship valve position indication, water and fuel level indication. I was

also assigned the maintenance of the sound powered telephone system, and

the ship's navigation equipment, and the alarm system which included boiler

room alarms, and security alarms.

Education

High school and technical training in the Navy.
