Qualifications:
~18 years of experience at Microsoft Corporation in the QA role, including
2 years as a Test Manager and 12 as a Test Lead. I have excelled in
coordinating the testing for web based products (architected using MVC,
XML, ASP.Net 3+, DHTML, XLS/T, C#, Ajax, WPF, Azure, Cosmos), driving these
sites and services to release on schedule and with quality. Personally
driving detailed planning, execution, and reporting/metrics in order to
measure success while coordinating and mentoring a strong team of onsite
and offsite testers (at one point I had 17+ member team onsite and 15+
member team offsite). I have a keen eye for process improvements and enjoy

has involved validation of web services related products using both white
box, gray box, and black box methods.
