- Led the Facility Organizational Integrated Workgroup in the build of the facility structure - Facility, Service
Areas, Revenue Locations and Departments.
- Key builder of inpatient departments, rooms and beds for 767 bed facility.
- Responsible for the design, build, validation, testing, implementation and support of ADT/Prelude
workflows.
- Completed mapped record testing of all beds with accommodation codes from Epic to KRONOS
- Maintained ADT/Prelude owned master files and reviewed 2014 module release notes for future testing and
installation.
- Completed assigned ADT/Prelude tasks as an active member of the Hospital Outpatient Department (HOD)
integrated workgroup.
- Actively tested over 30 integrated test scripts that included ADT/Prelude, ASAP, Beacon, Bridges, Cadence,
EpicCare Ambulatory, HIM, OpTime, Radiant, and Resolute.
- Liaison to Training Team, specifically to the Patient Access and ADT Trainers
- Manned Go Live Command Center: responding to requests and Help tickets along with directing priority
request to the appropriate Application teams
- Design and build Radar Dashboards and complex Reporting Workbench reports for Analytics Team and end
users

RWB, Radar, and other related Epic functions, including Epic-Crystal integration and Clarity database
reporting.
