Mechanical Engineer (Designer) (10 Month Contract)

• Working for AHU (Air Handling Unit) manufacturing company. Develop fabrication

drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing drawings, work with production team,

vendors and engineers.

• Manage Project from start to end, meet deadline, client’s requirement and budget of

projects.

• Convert 2D drawings to 3D manufacturing model, create detail drawings, from 3D to 2D

drawings, using AutoCAD and 3D manufacturing drawings using Solid Works.

• Create sheet metal parts, assembly drawings, AHU design, Bill of Material (BOM),

manufacturing specifications and detailed drawing for manufacturing team. Experience

modifications, mold designs, plastic material flow design, and material selections.

• Also worked closely with testing engineers and manufacturing teams during injection

molding and ultrasonic welding. Solve problems on design and modify as required.
