Worked with Security, Policy, and Planning, and User Technology Support team. Duties included:

Proofread various document and assist end users to use the latest technology tools

Manage campus knowledge Base and work on several IT department projects.

Test various new applications or software.

Create training materials on various applications

Provide trainings to users on various applications.

Design various banners, icons, and IT related posters.

Achievements

Reduced many UTS projects and tasks completion time by more than half.

Able to assist more end users because of Computer Science knowledge.

With advanced multimedia skills, UTS was able to provide more advanced trainings to users than before; video

formatted tutorial became possible.

Improved ITS training website was visually pleasing and helped users to find information easier.

Saved ITS department the time and cost to find a graphic designer.
