Job Description

• Manifestation of Shipping Instructions received from Shippers, Freight forwarders &the front offices.

• Index & Sorting of the Shipping Instructions, from the Customers.

• Creations of customer codes (Customer Database).

• Ensuring AMS, ACI and other country specific requirements are complied.

• Contact customers for missing manifest instructions by way of global communication systems.

• Approving and validating manifest corrections in shipping documents for sailed vessels and future vessels.

• Ensuring bill of lading and invoice copies are released to customers, once vessel sailed from loading port.

• Follow-up for SI & Shipping doc & mailbox handling.

• Monitoring the performance of the team members on daily basis.

• Preparing MIS report and daily report and same send to management on time to time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Audit processed Bill of Lading and mentor/train the new joiners.

• Impart Process training to new team members.

• Organize, conduct weekly team meetings & provide weekly status to top management for review.

• Coordinate with supervisors and find optimal solutions for issues raised in terms of the process.
