Developed and Supported Public System's Legislative Software Suite (formerly known as

LEGISuite) (now known Legisoft) version 4.0-4.2 which was deployed in Kansas City, MO

and Hampton, VA. The ASP.NET, nTier XML web service based application handled

automated publishing City Clerk Public Web Sites (Live Web), Agenda and Minutes

management, Document Drafting, Tracking, Amendments, and Attachments. Also served

as the Senior Architect on the Legisoft 5 (Live) project which included ASP.NET 3.5, AJAX,

WCF, and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). Responsible for all layers of project

including supporting both Oracle, mySQL, and SQL database providers as well as the

presentation layers of an ASP.NET front end and Windows Form front end integration with

Microsoft Word. Worked with i4i to extend our product using Microsoft Word 2007/2010

with XML support after lawsuit which forced Microsoft to remove the technology.
