Project Hallmark Cards Inc., based on Kansas City, MO,

USA is the leading manufacturer of greetings

cards in United States. Their IT operations

and applications are divided into 15 different

subgroups; each sub-group supports IT

applications of one or more than one business

areas. Each sub-group is commonly referred to

as service wheels in general. Under the

managed service contract, TCS is currently

providing the end to end IT support for all

the 15 service wheels and corresponding

applications. As of December 2012, the IT

infrastructure of Sunrise Greetings is merged

with its parent company Hallmark Cards and is

taken under the Hallmark managed service

umbrella. The business activities are tracked

through the Oracle EBS R12 for different

phases in Supply Chain Management and

financial recordings. The SCM modules that are

being used are Order management, Purchasing,

Inventory Management and Warehouse Management

system. The HR module that being used are

Oracle core HR, benefits, payroll, CWB

,discoverer and ods. The project follows an

Onsite-Offshore model. Currently there are 4

associates at offshore and 3 associates in the

onsite location. The purpose of this project

is to provide application maintenance,

enhancement and production support for the

client.
