Lead Project Engineer (Construction Project Manager)
SAUDI ARAMCO, Cross Country Pipeline Projects/Pipeline Projects Department, Dammam, Saudi Arabia
• Managed the visibility study, detail design, materials procurement and construction contract procurement for NGL
pipeline. Completed the installation of 12 km X 6” Fuel Gas Pipeline (NGL) along with all scraper traps, valve
station and all communication and electrical work related to this pipeline projects. Completed the HAZOP study
for the safety procedure in handling this project safety requirements.
• Completed the installation of 100 km X 30” Ethane Gas pipeline from Juaiymah Gas Plant to the Royal
Commission in Jubail on schedule and under budget.
• Managed the successful completion of the 8 km X 8” Liquid propane (Refinery Processed NGL) pipeline from Ras
Tanurah Refinery to Juaiymah Gas Plant within the city limits and urban populated areas. Completed the
installation of Shipper pumps for propane pipeline inside RTR refinery with associated piping, instrumentation and
controls with a budget of $100MM.
• Completed the conversion of AY-1 from (NGL) Pipeline to Crude Oil. This NGL pipeline is 1000 km with 10
pump stations along the route. Completed the upgrade of all nine pump station and associated scraper traps.
Completed the commissioning and testing for 42” crude pipeline on budget and ahead of schedule.
• Completed the (NGL) pipeline Rehabilitation of 100 km X 42” diameter. Based on the intelligent scraper the
pipeline was shut down and portions of this NGL pipeline was installed. This pipeline was done on Urban and
populated areas in the city.

• Co-ordinated the completion of installation of all wellhead piping, flow lines, trunk lines for several hundred oil
wells at Haradh GOSP-2 area.

• Facilitated installation of flow lines & trunk lines at Ain Dar, Abqaiq and Shedgum areas.

• Completed the installation of five compressors (Downstream) inside Abqaiq Plants. One turbine compressor and
four Motors. These compressors will supply utilities air for the whole plant.
