Company Developed an ISO qualified format for Purchase Material Specifications to be implemented for all
lubrication additives and finished products which lead to a 15% increase in efficiency rating for
the Texaco Lubricants Company. Served as technical editor for the Lubrication Magazine and
Texaco Lubrication Handbook; the magazine received the Award of Excellence for training and
technical documents from the Printing Industry Association, October 2001.
Texaco, Inc. Senior Project Engineer - Product Manager /Product Brand Retail Support
Research & Led the strategy, engineering and development of specialized lubricant products across all

Senior Chemical Engineer
Led a research team of 22 professionals in support of an internal research study for determining
the feasibility and viability of implementing a catalyst regeneration plant for Texaco’s patented
‘T-Star’ hydro treating process. Developed a process to predict catalyst viability and economics
for the purpose of directing future research strategies. Reengineered the design, construction
and operation of automated hydro treating screening units for the purpose of evaluating
catalysts developed for the removal of sulfur, nitrogen and aromatics from diesel fuel.
