An OpenText Livelink resource was needed at EPEnergy, located in Houston, TX, to help facilitate their leaving their

ownership by Kinder Morgan. The existing Prod/UA/Development environments of Livelink at KM needed to be

cloned to EPE servers, and a plan created and approved by both companies to remove any remaining KM documents

and data. Contract was ended when it was determined that EPE had the necessary resources on staff to complete the

transitions.

management support to agencies based on Open Text Livelink ECM.

Responsible for the migration of documents between the FileNET system to Open Text PDMS. Developed the

applications used for the migration. Documents were migrated into SAP and non-SAP applications.

Tech leader and technical architect for the Open Text Livelink products throughout the company, installing the Open

Text platform in a J2EE environment, configuring the various application servers, web servers (Apache, JBoss, IIS),

etc.

Analyzed and implemented more than 12 document management applications using Open Text Livelink PDMS 9.6.1.

These applications have been designed for different clients and manage different kinds of document types, including

security. Configured the scanning workstations and the Open Text Livelink Enterprise Archive server in order to

manage each single application based on client need and requests.

Developed applications for the PDMS platform in VB.NET: the applications connect to the PDMS server, login and

retrieve information about the documents and/or change the indices. Included in that development is a webservice that

retrieves data and constructs URL's that direct clients to a view of the requested document within the PDMS server.

The technology used is VB.NET in conjuction with a JNBridge-created proxy of the PDMS Java API in a client/server

environment.

Closely involved in the upgrade of the Livelink platform PDMS version 9.5 to 9.6.1.

Help support the EMEA end user community in the UK, France, Germany and Spain, LATAM users in Brazil and Columbia and

APAC users in Hong Kong and Melbourne.

Responsible for escalated technical Level 2 customer service issues, including all troubleshooting, problem isolation,

communicating with Customer Service and the customer, and coordinating resolutions and/or fixes with the

development team.

Redeveloped the MoneyZap auction wizard and daily auction batch file to correctly scrape, read and insert the

MoneyZap payment buttons on users' Ebay and Yahoo! auction sites.

Transition and development of all reporting applications, written in Access and Excel, to a web-based format

incorporating Actuate, ASP, dynamically created SQL, ADO and an Oracle backend.

VB, Access and Excel executive Performance Management Report that provides order inventory tracking on a daily

basis, using SQL created ADO recordsets pulled from multiple Oracle databases.

VB/VBA application that tracks, on a daily and monthly basis, the mean time to repair of all troubled lines for

reporting to the company's vendors. Subsequently rewritten using Actuate and ASP tools.

U S WEST/Qwest Denver, CO May 1998 – September 2000

Executive Compensation Analyst

VB application incorporating ADO with an Oracle backend, FTP/http tools and extensive VBA data manipulation that

automated all daily data transfers between Qwest and their three brokers.

Multiple VB/VBA/Access applications that facilitated the Executive salary treatment process and tracked all

compensation and stock holdings/transactions for the Board of Directors.
