Job Duties:
Training--Teach teammates classroom and floor training for forklift equipment, Crown Double Deep Reach
truck, Stock Picker, Counter Balance, Single and Double Pallet Jack, Scissor Lift, Floor Scrubber, Maintenance

Safety Duties:
Job Hazard Analysis creation and management. Identified hazard collection and management. Incident /
accident investigation. Created and perform Safety walks and observations. Core excellence audit preparation
and completion. Plan and organize first aid / cpr training. Manage Hep-B records. Creating or revising
Sop's, work instructions for equipment, Lockout Tag out, Fall Protection, Blood Borne Pathogens. Creation
of detailed fall protection inspection, performed twice a year. Track all equipment and safety training on an
excel spreadsheet that I created. Writing weekly safety topics. Compiling all safety rules into a safety booklet.
