(SDP/TS). Additionally, coordinate with the Program/Project Manager to ensur e that all required test

elements are incorporated into the program. Monitor and participate in formal and informal program

reviews such as Functional Design Review, Detail Design Review and Test Readiness Review.

Implemented standards for ensuring that program software quality records are developed and

maintained on easily searchable media and are based upon the TSDP.

for software prove-ins for Test Equipment for AWS Programs, which is being rolled out to all test

equipment programs. Fostered process improvements for TSSC and the MTC encouraging

additional and more effective peer reviews including documenting and tracking action items to

closure.

Supported CMMI, Level 3, effort by collecting and categorizing organizational data r ecords pertaining

to Organizational Process Definition (OPD) and Organizational Process Focus (OPF). Evaluated the

organizational records for pertinence to OPF/OPD. Made recommendations for the improvement of

the organizational process which filled gaps in the process and provided input which was essential to
