narcotics inventory. Responsible for ongoing communication with patients to assist with
medications and procedure scheduling; submitting prior authorizations for medications to various
insurance companies; coordinating with neighborhood pharmacies to ensure prescribed
quantities can be filled. Implementing a disciplinary action policy for staff members;
encouraging individual accountability and autonomy within the practice; maintaining the
physician’s personal calendar with regard to scheduling.
