RESPONSIBILITY:

* To achieve maximum efficiency with lowest cost of manufacturing wares

by best utilizing of Man/ Machine & material.

* Ensure meeting of production targets by adhere to preset standards of

cost, quality and time.

* Monitor the production process and suggest improvements in the working

of the machines/ improvement in the machine cycle, speed, reduction of

T1/T2 time to enhance the capacity utilization of respective lines

* Work closely with quality assurance to bring about quality and

efficiency improvements/minimize quality loss by identifying issues in

the production process and ensuring elimination of the same

* Adhere to the systems defined in the production module of SAP for

effective recording and monitoring of production data.

* Visit major customers at regular intervals to understand the problem

area more closely and assure them for the product which absolutely

suits their requirement.

* Set goals, review the performance, guide, discussion, share of

knowledge and counseling if required to strengthen the production

team.

* Motivate the subordinates and provide them the required growth

opportunities after giving them feedback on their performance.

* Assuring the best quality by preventing defects via visual inspection

at hot end.

* Operation and maintenance of I.S.M/c. Assessment, evaluation and

execution of plans for Reducing Q.C. failure.

* Reduction in downtime of I.S. Machine.

* Reduction in Critical and Major Defects related to Forming

* Identification of development needs for self & other employees.

* Planning, Co-ordination and implementation of production plan as per

schedule.

* Key Deliverable - 1.Maintain & improve production efficiency.

& QA failure and machine down time.
