clamping, bracing, supports, antennas, RRUs, cabling, bolting, true up, shooting proper azimuth within
tolerances, reading maps and a compass, torque to spec, labeling, picture -taking, documentation, plumb and
tilt readings with smart level, etc. Assist in the antenna installation of microwave parabolic 1 to 15 foot,
VHF, UHF, cellular and FM broadcast antennas. Assist in the transmission line and installation of foam or
air dielectric coaxial, hardline and elliptical wave-guides.

Wireless Cell/Backhaul and Point to Point Contractor
Supervise and oversee project crews/subcontractors, Interface with Customer/Client for daily
activities/schedules throughout Mexico. Perform pre-construction walks and documentation for bidding
activities. Perform tower erection activities including assembling/erecting towers, installing antennas,
mounting hardware, installing coax and connectors, grounding, testing, positioning, and optimizing
antennas and lines. Read plans, site plans and tower drawings. Install, connect and test underground and
above ground grounding systems. Ensure tasks assigned to crew are completed in a timely, quality manner.
Maintain and enforce the company safety program, ensure daily jobsite safety plans are reviewed and
followed. Immediately stops work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist .

Backhaul and Point to Point Contractor
Responsible for performing general repair and maintenance on communications to wers, including
lighting repair strobes, beacons, obstruction lighting, lighting controllers and monitors.
Installs, erects, maintains, repairs, removes, or retrofits towers and antenna systems (e.g. antennas,
microwave dishes, feed lines, ice shields, etc.), sometimes under adverse conditions (e.g., high towers,
inclement weather, remote sites, etc.) throughout California using safety equipment and hand, power,
and specialty tools. Build wireless steelwork; assemble for antenna hook up, adjust antenna direction
and degree angle shooting. Connect jumpers and running cables, connecting these and ground work
to units. Ground steel,weatherproofing, cable grounds, unit assembly. Installation of new carriers on
new build and existing towers. Work independently at given tasks. Ensure safety at all times; including
Fall Safety procedures.

Responsible for supporting the Network Operations objectives in the field, which includes performing
preventative and remedial maintenance, building and grounds upkeep, and the installation, optimization
and integration of network hardware and interconnect facilities, including lighting systems and
monitoring. Installation of up-top equipment including masts, clamping, bracing, supports, antennas,

standards, also perform audits as required.
