. Received and reviewed work order, prepared proper molds, chills, and

locators

. Measured sand with precision to assure the precise weight is packed

into mold at which time the mold is placed in a SO2 gas chamber to

produce core and molds for airplanes

. Once the molds have set a crane is utilized to lift and gently

maneuver the mold carefully releasing the finished product from

mold without causing any damage

. Direct, coordinate, calculate and participate in the preparation and

mixing of appropriate materials required to produce finished product

. Set equipment parameters for operation, mix and blend materials to

create various batches, control and monitor flow of materials to

production lines

. Performs quality checks as required, logs and reports discrepancies as

well as any obvious damages

. Performs and documents maintenance

. Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains

clean and to help prevent work related injuries.

. Prepares orders for shipping, by picking items from the machine and

packing them; to ensure that orders are filled accurately and

efficiently

. Responsible for loading and unloading freight on and off of trucks by

hand or use of common material handling tools: carts, dollies, pallet

jacks, and tow motors

. Responsible for servicing residential and/or commercial customers,

providing professional turf and/or landscape treatment, along with top

quality customer service

. Excellent ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-

workers

. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to works well independently and

as a team player

. Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution

and solves problem

. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules in

addition to state and federal regulation
