-Maintain critical patient care systems and services for customers in the

healthcare industry both with hardware and application support, ensuring

maximizing utilization of provided network and services through various

enterprise tools, including customer focused service for both hosted and

non-hosted multimillion dollar accounts for hundreds of customers.

-First response, identification and triage of Critical, High and Standard

cases to include large network outages, system degradation, VPN/AVPN/EVPN

and TCP/IP network support, NAT request, network device monitoring

(Spectrum/Citrix Patrol Console), enterprise server maintenance, meeting

and exceeding resolution standards set by McKesson. Platforms to include

Windows, Citrix, Linux/UNIX, Oracle, Interface management, and direct

-Application support for McKesson products to include Paragon, Horizon

-Install, configure and maintain commercial-grade data network systems in

order to integrate secure and non-secure data, voice, and video into

addressing a wide array of technical issues to over 750 users in multiple

locations, on both Windows 7 and XP operating systems.
