As a resolution specialist for service level agreement (SLA) issues, manage an average of 25 tickets per day; which
include customer escalations.
Visit approximately 32 sites per year to address SLA issues and provide security consulting services. Visits could
include an audit of McAfee software usage to ensure PCI compliance. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure maximum
security value for the dollars spent in security.

Built and managed a team of 5 Cisco switch, router, and UNIX and PC administrators for 6 years. This included
setting goals and metrics for the team and ensuring that personally developed policies, plans and procedures were
