Production Support Specialist. Teksystems for State Farm, United States of America, Alpharetta, Ga. April 2013 – January 2014 Batch application support for break fix duties and batch processing of reorgs for multiple systems. Often working with other application support team members including analyst, technical support and DBA teams to resolve processing issues to insure the continued process of batch flows. Weekend processing heavy in task assignments for special processing and maintenance work. Working experience with Control-M Enterprise Scheduler including GUI interface for mainframe and distributed systems processing, Control-D for online report distribution, JES2, JES3, NMF, EJES, JCL, IMS, AJF, DB2, $AVARS, RUMBA, Cisco IP Communicator, Outlook and HP Service Manager monitoring for incident, recovery task and special request processing.

Duties included troubleshooting and resolving batch schedule issues and/or scheduler system issues to meet SLA’s. Mainframe technicians also handled report distribution set ups and coding the batch job preprocess analysis tool Thru-put Manager, Tier 1 batch application support for production failures. I maintained branch budget, on-call support schedules, software contracts and renewal, attend weekly status meeting with senior management and conducted annual performance evaluations.
