Personal insights and observations:
-I have strong SDLC expertise in waterfall and Agile processes with live deliverables for over 15 years.
-I’ve served as a data analyst and program manager for multiple sustaining and new product releases, both onshore and offshore teams, sometimes at 2AM in the morning if that's what it takes to work with an offshore team.
-Im comfortable rolling up my sleeves and coding SQL sprocs, views, queries and SSRS reporting templates for reporting.
-I think I have a good sense of grace under pressure...I’m able to assemble order out of chaos as well as low signal-to-noise ratio meetings.
-I always try to troubleshoot to root cause and keep communication flowing: too much silence is usually a sign of impending issues.
-Always provide product demos with crisp reporting metrics and a little "gee whiz" sizzle.
