Experienced in many areas of construction and building maintenance

with particularly strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical,

drywall repair, foundation work, and restoration. I also have

experience in light industrial including bindery, shipping and

receiving, and production in the auto parts field. I also have a

universal CFC certification.

operation of the feeder for printing

press. Including but not limited to

daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of said

printing press.

Performed duties related to the jogger position for fast paced

printing company.

2008-2011 Remodeler, Jaquay Realtors, Battle Creek, MI

Performed duties to facilitate both reselling of houses and

maintaining rental properties. Duties included plumbing,

electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, flooring,

roofing repair, landscaping, and all other facility

maintenance requirements.

Built custom cabinets for new construction housing as well as

residential remodels.

Fire and water damage restoration certified and mold

remediation certified. Performed duties related to the above

certifications. Certification have expired and was not able

to keep updated.
