Quality Assurance Tester

Quicken loan Mortgage Company is one of the nation’s oldest and largest home equity lenders that originates and

services home mortgage loans through offices across the United States.

Mortgage Servicing Repository is an Enterprise Database which maintains common data originating from enterprise

loan servicing applications. LIS is an integral part of Mortgage Services information for the Mortgage underwriting

department, providing real time, modifiable data from the loan origination file to the funding or the closing

Department, Data from MSP(Mortgage Servicing Package) and other applications is first loaded into staging area

which in turn becomes input for the extract, transform and load process, loading data into the MSR database through

batch processes on nightly basis. The database was continuously enhanced to support common data requirements by

different transactional applications.

One year I did the functional and UAT testing for an ecommerce site made for skin care and cosmetics company .

Customers were placing the orders directly to the company through the website and they do not have a retail –

wholesale network in the country and the company distribute the products internationally too.
