Working as a flight test engineer for various projects on the MQ-9 and the MQ-1, particularly weapons
programs. Responsibilities include writing test plans, writing safety plans including risk assessments,

scheduling test resources. Work with engineers and flight test pilots to identify appropriate corrective
actions for safety trends observed during data reviews. Experience in developmental and integration

experience with AGM-114, GBU-12, GBU-38 and GBU-49 as well as various surveillance pods. Work

- 12/12-06/13: Completed the MQ-8B weaponization effort to integrate APKWS.
- 02/14: Graduated the ESDP (Engineering Scientist Develoment Program), became YD-02
- 05/12-11/12: Completed Performance Testing and Verification for STUAS. Participated in an
Operational Assessment following the developmental test phase. Also worked logistics for this test
to get assets in place.
- 12/09-05/12: Worked on the developmental JSOW C-1 project which incorporates a Link-16 data
link onto the JSOW C for in-flight updates post-launch from an F/A-18. Program conducted first
release of Link-16 guided weapon. Wrote test plans and flight cards, briefed and debriefed aircrew,
ran tests including in-flight radio communications with pilots and test range control, scheduled range
resources, analyzed data and wrote reports following test. Prepared Test Readiness Review and
Firing Readiness Review presentations prior to test events. Worked with engineers and flight test
pilots to identify appropriate corrective actions for safety trends observed during data reviews. Also
ran integration lab efforts at China Lake’s Advanced Weapons Laboratory. Actively involved in a
Joint Technology Demonstration that involved the JSOW C-1, F/A-18s and Air Force surveillance
platforms.
- 06/09-12/09: Completed a rotation at China Lake Range Control Center as a Test Manager taking
customer requirements and scheduling the appropriate range resources.
- 11/08-06/09: Completed a rotation with the ARM Program office as a Flight Test Engineer for the
HARM and AARGM programs. Wrote flight cards, scheduled range assets, briefed and debriefed
aircrew, ran tests including in-flight radio communications with pilots and test range control,
scheduled range resources and wrote reports following test events.
