My responsibilities over the years include setting up and running a

heat treat furnace. Clean and inspect parts. Operate all cell

equipment and machinery in one of three areas (Punch Press, Round

Parts or assembly) to fabricate parts, or assemble chain and

components. Clear jams and make minor adjustments using hand tools and

following trained procedures. Load materials and/or coils according to

department standards as trained per the list of approved coils within

the cell. Train other employees, enter data into the computer. Check

safety devices and maintain a safe work environment and keep work area

clean.
