Duties and Responsibilities

. Involved in work related to operation and maintenance of electric

motors, drives switch gears.

. Involved in maintenance of VCB, Air circuit breakers.

. Involved in small projects in our company.

. Responsible plc and instrumentation systems like thermocouples, RTDs,

pressure port and transmitter.

. Responsible for preparation maintenance schedule for Lightings,

APFC, Grounding system,transformers,motors,drives,generator,batteries.

. Submission of material for Co-ordination between stores and staff.

. Worked as an Overall Co-ordination Engineer for all disciplines.

. Material Management and Manpower Management.

. Responsible for Electrical projects supervision and implementing and

monitoring.

. Maintaining of Safeties for all.

ABOUT COMPANY

. AGNI STEELS [P] LTD, (sponge iron division) which produces 100 ton of

sponge iron daily from iron ore firing with coal at 1100 centigrade.

. Company consists of 11kv to 433v system, VCB, ACB, 1600kva

transformer, 500kva & 125kva generators and switch gears.

. More than 150 motors and 14 drives used.

. Process is carried out with help of PLC(Modicon) & SCADA (vijeo

look) systems. Both are from Schneider electric

. Instrumentation is done using Thermocouple, RTD, pressure

transmitter, weigh feeders.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

> Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) from

M.Nachimuthu M.Jaganathan engineering College, Perundurai, Erode, with

75% in May 2008.

> HSC from GBHSS kavindapadi, with 93 % in mar 2004.

> SSLC from GBHSS kavindapadi, with 88 % in mar 2002.
