From January 2013 to December 2013 Working as TRAINEE at SL LUMAX LTD,

CHENNAI, and SL Lumax is the joint venture company of SL Corporation Korea, the largest

automotive Lightings manufacturer in the world. The company has a track record of

sustained growth since it was set up. It has been certified under, ISO / TS 16949:

2002.Manufacturing automotive parts for HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA, FORD INDIA and

GENERAL MOTORS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Parameter checking

Knowledge of In process, online,and final assembly inspection

Preparation of Flow chart

Control over in-process machining and assembly processes by conducting Process

Capability Studies and X-BAR

In QC story/Problem solving Techniques using 7QC tools.

Ensure FMEA & Control Plan updating based on customer complaint

Control of customer Field Claim complaints and simulation studies to improve Quality

of Product.

Preparation of Data sheet, Activity, Process and Quality chart.

Trouble shooting of Production line rejection and after production

Process checking

Following quality assurance through 7 QC tools

Painting thickness checking in parts

Analyzing the technical defect in the part

Parts fitment & Dimension checking
