I currently work for Target and have been here for 3 years. I work in the backroom but have occasionally worked

different areas of the sales floor. I pull items every hour that need to be filled on the sales floor for the guests.

Accomplishments

• I pull items in the back that go to the floor which helps the store meet its sales budget.

• I have the best pull percentage and best times with the fewest errors.

• I work in receiving to check in vendors and count the merchandise to ensure no shortage.

Overall, I worked for Wal Mart for over 2 years. I was promoted from unloader to ICS Manager just after a year of

working there. I managed the two unloading teams on grocery and general merchandise sides.

• I managed two unloading sides to ensure trucks are unloaded efficiently and within the goal time.

• I managed a team to pick items for the sales floor and ensured all items were picked on time and efficiently.

• Organized the backrooms to allow for better movement and created more room for merchandise to be placed.
