Duties
. Building and developing a cost and resource loaded master schedule from a
blank sheet using P6 combining several maintenance project works with over
6,000 activities covering over 450 site locations on the London
Underground.
. Monitoring progress of maintenance works carried out 24/7, all year round
ensuring compliance and statutory dates as stated by Tube lines and
represented on the schedule are met, which could be monthly, quarterly, bi-
annually or annual visits.
. Monitoring and ensuring that the schedule is a time weighted resource
loaded schedule to optimize man-hours and negate redundancy of works from
engineers during engineering or traffic hours.
