across 105 locations. Provide operational support of wireless network on
Aruba and Cisco supporting 7000 concurrent users, also maintain Airwave
platform for wireless network performance management. Assist team on the
implementation of DNS/DHCP/NTP/IPAM on Infoblox appliances. Work with on
and offshore team to establish operational effectiveness. Other duties
include engineering support for new facilities and applications to meet

. Led the transition of corporate wide area network (WAN) from Internal
Protocol Security (IPsec) Virtual Private Network (VPN) over Internet
Server Provider (ISP) to a well-supervised multiprotocol label
switching (MPLS)-based Internal Protocol (IP) network through the use
of numerous classes of service to support data, video, and VoIP .
. Provided the complete upgrade with minimum service disruption, while
retaining similar low-cost price structure as ISP connectivity.
. Led the successful implementation of high-availability (HA) wide area
network (WAN) service for both corporate and manufacturing sites, with
100% uptime service goal and 99.996% actual for seven HA sites.
. Devised and enforced global VoIP unified communications system which
was integrated into legacy Nortel environments to expand system
lifetime and offer a migration path to unified communications.
. Played a key role in implementing global dialing plan using site
codes, resulting in all intra-company calls riding the MPLS network
for zero cost calls.

minimize administration overhead and support standardization
