Field Service Engineer:

. Responsible for servicing customer base in the

digital Ink-Jet printing industry with remote

supervision being self sufficient and individually

motivated.

. Traveled domestically and internationally on behalf

of the company to meet client's needs, often at short

notice, installing and servicing the equipment.

. Provided national technical support (phone or in

person) for internal and external contacts utilizing

my expertise in troubleshooting and diagnostics of

the various printing systems and their possible

. The printers were highly precision machines and

required calibrated repair. The required

measurements & adjustments were microscopic in nature

for leveling the machine or in replacing other

to site for clients.

. Inventoried the local warehouse to confirm stock

levels and stock accuracy.

. Trained client on use of the Unix/Linux based

printing system and troubleshooting techniques
