Planning the procurement material based on the monthly requirement of PPC.

Calculating and monitoring MS ratio for sales vs. purchase.

Inventory stock level monitoring and controlling.

ABC analysis for the all parts.

Procurement schedule given to all the suppliers at the beginning of the month.

Preparing Purchase Orders based on the schedule and sending to the suppliers.

Follow up vendors and ensures supply of materials as per the requirement to meet

100% schedule achievement.

Fulfilling the in-house delivery requirements and quality requirements.

Evaluate the supplier performance every month based on the supplied lots of quality.

Identify the Kaizen area and organize to achieve the goal.

Prepare / Control / maintain all the TS documents.

Verifying the supplier capability as per the Potential Supplier Analysis and through process

validation.
