enhancements for a statewide automated child support system.

Responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and analyzing system and

program specifications for highly complex applications, working with team

members to resolve production related problems, testing new code and fixes,

and training junior team members. Established and maintained QA

environments, manually tested on-line and batch jobs, performed code review

and executed unit and functional test scripts. Major projects included a

conversion of printed files to user-accessible data sets, leading to the

reduction of paper-waste and promoting network access, modifications and

maintenance of the Hospital Based Paternity System (HPP), including a

large, high profile conversion, and maintaining the OCSE Federal Reporting

process. Additional duties included daily research and troubleshooting

maintaining production standards and cutover activities to the Production

region.

code, test and implement project initiatives. Participated in functional,

system and user acceptance testing (UAT) while planning ongoing maintenance

tasks upon implementation.

Created programs using Natural to run a suite of production reports for a

large, statewide user community. Provided all necessary documentation and

support as needed. Acquired skills in Natural Programming, Job Control

Languages, and interfaces with the ATLAS system in a CICS mainframe

skills, including the execution of complex work plans, the creation of

organizational and process structures, and demonstration of creative
