NASHVILLE REGIONAL MANAGER –

Bott Radio Network Conservative /Christian Talk Radio for Nashville – 2010 to Present

Assumed the duties of Nashville Regional Manager for WCRT AM/FM in July 2010. Within six months

increased sales by 200% on a stand alone WCRT 1160 AM with a repeater at 103.9 FM. Within two years

facilitated the acquisition of WNAZ FM Nashville (now WECV FM), WNRZ FM Dickson and three

additional repeaters surrounding Nashville including 93.9 FM Gallatin, 101.9 FM Lebanon and 99.5 FM

Clarksville. Currently oversee all operations for the seven station cluster including advertising sales of

digital and new media including web stream, web site, iPhone, iPad, Android, iHeart Radio, and TuneIn

Radio. Oversee all recruiting, training, marketing, local, regional, national sales, engineering, production and

digital sales strategy. In additional to all management duties, increased revenue for the cluster by 500%

status as the #1 station in Nashville; power ratio moved from 0.7 to 1.3. Drove a 155% increase in revenue in
