corrections in all related systems.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant default practices effecting loan servicing decisions.

• May have delegated agency authorities.

• Secondary responsibilities may include:

• Assist with training of new hires

• Testing of tools and/or systems

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager’

Organize Foreclosure Prevention Workshops along with banks and investors such as Chase, Wells Fargo, OCWEN, PNC, Citi Mortgage, GMAC, Fannie Mae, etc.
