power supply, communications, customs procedures and policies. Following

Tata Sky Limited provides satellite television broadcasting services in
India. The company offers programming and interactive services. It provides
various channels, such as entertainment, sports, movies, music, news, and
documentaries.
Manager Facilities - South reporting to AGM - National
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for operations in southern region (Bangalore,Chennai,
Cochin, Coimbatore and Hyderabad)
o Manage and oversee all critical building operation systems like UPS, Air
Conditioner, Precession A/c at Bangalore, electrical equipment. Preparing
the SLA / AMC for these critical equipments and schedule the maintenance.
o Ensure all locations are running smoothly without any down time.
Preparation of PO's and SLA's for the southern region.
o Organising emergency evacuation and fire drill training for the southern
offices. Monitor the security activities for the southern region.
o Oversee responsibility for safeguard of company's assets, infrastructure,
information as well as the physical safety and security. Preparing
department wise authorized signatory list and keeping track of movement
of materials in and out of office. Monitoring and tracking of data tapes
from Data center to office.
o Involved in preparation and maintenance of Policy for the ISO
certification and carrying out statutory compliance audits.
o Coordinating with external agencies in case of an emergency and also with
embassy for building and external maintenance.
o Ordering HK materials and maintaining of stock register and involved in
events management.
o Maintaining all transactions of Vodafone for the southern region
(providing new sim cards, cancellation of numbers, conversions from IOIP
to COCP, billing, preparation of PO).
o Raising capex and PO, responsible for Adcock requirements from
departments in Bangalore (marketing, customer operations, IT, Sales and
Service).
o Repair and maintenance of office networking ports (Replacement of IO's,
faceplates ).

(Hebbal) data center and there is no down time at the server room.

Responsibilities:
Administration:
o Administrative costs include purchases of the company, costing of all
administration payments, processing of bills, housekeeping, and guest
house and security maintenance. Laisoned with various government sectors
like telephone, KIDBA. Coordinated with shop and labor department.
HR:
o Prepared the payroll for employees across India. Coordinated with various
departments in the organization and prepared the JD and monthly people
report
