Work Experience:
9/13-current Sage Systems Technologies: Nationwide office based
out of Miami Florida. Job responsibilities include build out of Sprint
Erricson LTE while training crews in the fundamentals and giving
them the skills to build wireless sites. Trained four crews total. Built
Verizon LTE sites throughout Ohio. Installations of both carriers
included inventory of components, labeling, and testing of all
equipment. Build out of equipment and then installation onto tower,
rooftops, water tanks, etc.. Documentation of dismantled equipment
and installed equipment, the installation of cabling and other
components. Test of all equipment. Closeout documentation.
1/2013- 9/13 Westower communications. Raleigh North Carolina.
Foreman. Installation of Verizon LTE (line removal antenna,
installation new technology, Att Lte (installation raycap, squid power
fiber rrus and antenna for 4g, Sprint Legacy installation of fiber
power hybrid rrus, antenna and equipment for Vision project,
Tmobile 4g LTE installation as well. Fiber testing, Ret configuration,

Installation of wireless communications products on the bts
equipment as well as Ariel Equipment. My duties included setting
the azimuth, use of rf data sheet to establish antenna
configurations, connector installation of feed line and jumpers,
placement of materials, final test of new installation for system
quality, picture taking of build to ensure sow guidelines, and redline
drawings to detail new augmentation
6/2011-8/2012 B and M Tower. Finley MI. Performed At&t upgrades
to the Gsm, Umts, and LTE networks. Total upgrade duties of At&t
wireless system. Installation of sprints LTE system. Antanae, RRU,
Hybrid cable installation.

Perform site audits, path align microwave technology for clear wire,
troubleshoot issues, installation of key components, build out ALU
