Plant is controlled by Electric Pneumatics Signals.

SUGAR MILLS in DISTILLERY DIVISION as a PLANT OPERATOR in

PROCESS Department

Being of a good command over DCS and following units of plant.

Mash Preparation.

Pre-Fermentation.

Fermentation.

Distillation.

•

Cooling towers.

•

Monitor operating parameters in above sections and maintain in their limits.

Ensure safe, steady and efficient operation of unit during shift.

Suggest improvements and modifications to enhance unit safety.

Supervise the running job as a safety supervisor.

To check and maintain all type of work permits.

Daily and weakly inspection of tools and other plant equipments.

Working Experience as a Safety supervoisor at TURN ARROUND in BYCO .

INDUSTRIAL QUALIFICATION

1 year Training of CHEMICAL PROCESS OPERATOR from NFC & IET

MULTAN.

Pumps and their proper operating procedure.

Air Compressors and their safe operating procedure.

Introduction about Boiler.

Cooling towers and their working principle.
