Responsible for assisting our merchandisers who set up cards in
various stores with problems that arise during the set up. I
send diagrams to vendors via email or fax. I assist with
installing new computer systems for use by not only the call
center but the field representatives as well.
05/01-05/08 Customer Service Representative, Adelphia Cable/Time Warner
Responsible for troubleshooting in home cable problems, dealing
with equipment hook ups as well as processing requests for
upgraded services, disconnections, installations, and
downgrading
of services. I am also responsible for scheduling appointments
for
technicians to go to customer's residences in the event the
