that was created for this purpose uses the loan file which is sent by the

The PPCS Engine allows for Credit Unions to submit Charges in order to
calculate monthly premium charges for its members protected loans. Other
PPCS Process Transactions (PPCS PT) are also possible which can act to
reverse the existing charge, replace the existing charge or adjust the
existing charge. The PPCS Engine Enhancements are meant to automate the
PPCS Process Transactions (PPCS PT) is order that Credit Unions will have
fast and accurate posting file and CUNA Mutual Group employees will be
required to perform less and more focused manual intervention to the PPCS
Engine .

All transactions from one of HCR ManorCare's major partners, Omnicare,
currently go through a manual approval process at the facility level where
each transaction is verified and the line items are approved. These are
then manually keyed into the Point Click Care (PCC) system. The Omnicare
and Point Click Care (PCC) Integration Project is a strategic initiative
for HCR Manor Care to integrate the transaction processing with the
sharing of information and data in-between the systems. This would involve
a significant cost savings to the organization. As part of the initiative,
the transactions from Omnicare to HCR Manor Care use HIPAA EDI format
through the BizTalk Server which is the middleware framework. The data from
the transactions are stored in PCC using an automation process. The goal of
the first phase is to create a BizTalk Application to integrate the

Residential Mortgage Clearing System (RMCS) is a Mortgage related
application that assists the UBS Loan Managers to provide title clearance
and closing on a mortgage. The application has several integration points
between systems serving different teams inside/outside the firm. Various
banks send the applications via web, fax or manual entry for closing and
Title search through enterprise service bus (cactis), which is built on top
of Microsoft BizTalk and .Net. During the Application Processing, vendors
are assigned for each application and based on Business Rules Engine,
vendors communicate back to the banks about its approval through system
automation. The front end of the application is designed in Asp.Net and C#
is used to develop middle tier and data tier.
Responsibilities:
. Designed, Developed and Created Schemas, Maps, Pipelines, and

. The Enterprise Service Bus controls the flow of loan data (using a
common message format) between seven in-house applications and five
external vendors.
