Professional Citigroup Rutherford, New Jersey
Experience: Sr. Technical Analyst/Web Engineer/Project Manager
2000 Present Served as Project Manager and provided strategic direction in Citi’s globalization initiative for web server
vulnerability and threat management (VTM). Within this project a new global process for handling threats was
developed and rolled out to over 100 stakeholders worldwide. Along with this, a new Sharepoint based
information collection system was developed. During the project the highest levels of Senior Management were
kept apprised of the progress the team was making on this critical project from conception to roll out. This
system is now providing real time information to all parties involved from the technicians performing the
remediations via the Sharepoint system to Senior Management via a suite of custom reports.
Restructured Citigroup’s Brazil Data Center Operational Procedures, Standards and Policies. Brazil’s Data
Center was considered at risk due to its lack of compliance with corporate standards and frequent downtime,
but was considered highly critical due to the amount of new business being done in Brazil. Within a 3 week
visit, our team was able to identify their root issues and provide a plan to rectify these issues within 6 months
Responsible for ensuring availability, security, standardization and performance of multiple custom banking,
trading and management web applications throughout Citi
Managed the support of one of Citi’s most widely used infrastructure apps, CMAMT, which ensures secure
transactions via machine dependent identification for over 18 of Citi’s most critical consumer applications
Developed a home grown content distribution application for Citigroup’s intranet “CitiWeb”. This application
provides fast replication of up to date content, consisting of over 1 million files, to all of Citi’s intranet servers.
Project Manager and Primary Support for the newly acquired Travelers Life and Annuity. These duties were
performed through their entire life cycle from purchase, to in sourcing from an external host, through a variety
of conversions, to on going support and finally to out sourcing to their new owner after 4 years of ownership.
Executed the merger into Citigroup of the web services of the newly acquired EAB.

Network Engineering and Data Communication Program
1999 2000 CIT Group / Newcourt Finance / AT&T Capital Parsippany, New Jersey
Senior Network Engineering Consultant
Integrated the communications, management and shared services infrastructure of two major financial
institutions upon the merger of CIT Group and Newcourt Finance.
Formulated the routing structure for the companies while separate in Livingston and Parsippany and the final
superstructure of the single merged company. This included EIGRP, BGP and various static mappings and the re
engineering of CITs switched Ethernet infrastructure
Responsible for shared services throughout a multi national network. This included address, DHCP and DNS
management using Quadritek QIP IP management database system.
Built onto an existing HP OpenView based Network Management System. Integrated CiscoWorks 2000,
pager/text based alerting and MIBs/Traps from a variety of manufacturers.
Developed a Unix Shell Script using SNMP commands that automated inventorying of their network devices.
1997 – 1999 AT&T Wireless Services Paramus, New Jersey
Enterprise Network Communications Consultant
Responsible for all logistical planning and installation of AT&T’s data communications network in their PCS
sales offices, Switch sites and stores.
Designed the LAN/WAN schema for these installations using a variety of Cisco Routers (2500 through 7500)
and Cisco Catalyst Switches (1900 through 5500). HSRP and VLAN/ISL technologies were built into this design.
Reengineered AT&T’s HP OpenView based Management System to enhance its accuracy and functionality.
1996 – 2001 Mercedes Benz of North America Montvale, New Jersey
Network Management Consultant
Implemented an end to end network management system designed to give warnings about impending
troubles, to proactively fix problems that have already occurred and, if all else fails, to page the appropriate
person that can continue analyzing the situation. This system will employ IBM’s SystemView/6000, TME 10
(Tivoli), IBM NetFinity, Cisco Works, Cisco Blue Works, Bay Network’s Optivity, IBM’s SNA Manager/6000, IBM’s
Site Manager and the Sybase database system.
Developed multiple custom Unix shell scripts to provide custom capabilities such as monitoring of GroupWise
mail MIB values and Menu directed web access to the NetFinity Server System.
1995 – 1996 American International Group Data Center Livingston, New Jersey
Telecommunications Engineer
Responsible for on going support of a large scale Frame Relay / OSPF / Cisco router based internetwork.
Provided support for the rollout of Microsoft DHCP, WINS and SNA services.

T1 links.
1992 – 1995 Witco Corporation Greenwich, Connecticut
Sr. Network Engineer
Responsible for the planning and integration of the Witco's strictly mainframe environment into a new
client/server, LAN/WAN, Novell/Windows environment.
Designed and built an eight Token Ring, 1000 node network implemented in Witco's new World Headquarters.
This project was completed in May 1994. The design included a completely redundant Tricord ES 5000 super
server, a 1000 user Netware operating system, two Cisco 7000 Routers and a Synoptics 5000 Concentrator
containing an FDDI and Token Ring backbone used as the main hub.
Created an overall corporate LAN strategy including workstation hardware, network hardware and basic
software configuration. This strategy stressed simplicity and standardization of set up, complete portability and
automated management.
Formulated an internetworking plan, which included designing a full TCP/IP addressing schema, integrating
disperse networks, providing WAN access to our larger platforms and facilitating centralized management.
Managed and performed the installation of multiple LANs throughout the country.
