Development and maintenance of enterprise configuration data model to

integrate application, network and storage design perspectives to more

effectively analyse system changes.

Performing design and service impact analysis in response to customer CCNs

and change requests, identifying and resolving Service gaps.

Delivery and implementation of Live service configuration and software

changes, providing processes and support documentation uplifts to ensure

smooth transition into service. Development and maintenance of software

version and configuration management database to track changes across

environments.

Implementation of deployment automation and management of VNIS platforms

used for HSCIC and LSP integration testing.

messaging scripts to monitor the processing of messages throughout the

service and report on flow issues within TMS and ETP.

Non functional and service introduction requirements mapping and

integration into Offshore suppliers delivery processes, continuous

integration testing and rapid change management to resolve defects.

Produced dual site design of the Live service encompassing infrastructure

and application deployment. Creation of a model driven design that enabled

a map of applications and services to be produced which improved Service
