. Coordinated and assisted with training (180) CompuCom field

technicians at Lowe's facility sites. The training was coordinated

throughout all Regions in North Carolina and surrounding states.

. Responsibilities included assisting and training for the Swap-IT

program and Service Now, as well as hardware devices throughout the

Lowe's facilities.

. Served as primary interface for issues and coordination of determining

what devices were to be replaced with the Lowe's Swap-IT program team.

New hardware consisted of Thin Clients, Lenovo PC'S, POS 5100

Registers, Hardware Break fix, Lexmark Printers, LRT-Guns, IPhones,

Motorola WI-FI/ Access Points, Scan Guns, Motorola Primary and

. Coordinated the installation of Cisco equipment and fiber distribution

switch port connections.

and within budget to meet all defined customer requirements. Also

managed a new Call Center, with the deployment of 2,000 - VOIP Avaya

phones, Wireless headsets and PC'S to End Users. Also worked with Tech

Systems to configure new Lenovo lap-tops for deployment.

. Coordinated the entire AV-Refresh Project and Motorola-WI-FI - to

active a total of (98) - Cisco wireless access points, through the

entire facility. Install new UPS 16 KVA Tripp-Lite Systems.

. Managed and coordinated the Cisco Catalyst 6509 Switch VOIP- Upgrade

Project. A total of (11) Communication Closets were upgraded within a

million square feet facility.

. Coordinated all cubicle configurations changes throughout the entire

facility.

Included the following:

. Installing Data Networking devices such as: Cisco Catalyst 6509

Switch. Motorola Primary Secondary Switch and Cisco access points.

. Assisted from the architectural plans with Business Analyst to

implement a (600k) square foot bldg. including supervising a team of

(20) technicians within a 60 day time schedule for the robust

structured cabling and network infrastructure. Technicians ran

horizontal 100 pair cable and fiber Optic backbone between four

floors. Made ACD terminations to PBX system and other miscellanies

equipment throughout the facility.

Wachovia

. Coordinated and Supervised (10) technicians to install a robust

structured cabling system infrastructure for the relocation of the

Support Center at Wachovia: Winston Data Center.

. Coordinated the installation of (50) ATM machines throughout the

entire North and South Carolina region for Wachovia Branches. Plus the

ordering 56k modems for all ATM machines.

. Installed and worked on lucent system 75 phones.

. Inter Connections of, Coax, CAT5e, CAT6 Cabling and matrix patching

documentation.

BB&T

. Supervised 100 branch locations with all voice and data robust

structured cabling systems and infrastructure throughout the southeast

region with an on-time deliverable and all milestones to completion. A

minimum of 2 technicians per site to complete both voice and data

infrastructure.

Davidson College

. Developed, implemented and managed a 2.0 Million(Square foot facility)

which included the robust structured cabling system and infrastructure

of fiber optics, cat5, coax, telecommunication equipment rooms, fusion

splicing fiber optic backbone and worked with a staff of (20-30)

technicians and several network system administrators, plus a

consultant to review all fiber and cooper results on a weekly basis.

Carolinas Medical Center

. Serve as the first response for problem resolution as well as (10)

technicians for add, moves and changes for all telecommunications

systems and cabling infrastructure. Also supervised large outside

telephone cable infrastructure from one building to the next for

Nortel cross connects to activate additional phones.
